How to read these numbers.

The figures come from RentCast market data for the ZIP codes that make up each area, so the boundaries are approximate. The Redlands, for example, is measured by its 81507 ZIP code.

A median sale price is the middle sale: half sold for more, half for less. In areas with only a handful of sales, like Loma and Mack or Palisade, it can move a lot from one update to the next.

Days on market is the average number of days listings spent on the market. Longer times usually mean buyers have more homes to choose from, not that homes aren’t selling.

These numbers describe an area, not a particular house. Condition, street, lot and what else is for sale nearby decide where a specific home lands. Each area guide explains what matters most there.
